In the south of Chile, 50 km (31 mi) from Chaitén, you will stumble upon a paradise of crystalline waters called Lake Yelcho. It is the perfect, unique get-away for outdoor lovers, and people who enjoy observing flora and fauna. The tourist complex, Yelcho in the Patagonia, is located along the lakeshore. It features a comfortable hotel made from native wood, spacious cabins and campsites, and all the comforts essential to providing superior attention to the visitor and especially the fisher. Most importantly, your fishing guides will take you to the best spots to find Brown and Rainbow Trout and Chinook Salmon, some as large as 37 lbs. (National Fly Fishing Record).
