This exclusive condominium, comprised of 6 different apartment buildings is
one of the many services that the Chillán Hot Springs Ski Center Mountain
Resort offers. Each building boasts cozy apartments that can accommodate 3
to 6 people, endowed with a complete kitchen, television, and daily cleaning
service (optional), so that you and your company can enjoy a relaxing stay
at the foot of the mountain

Included Excursions

Termas de Chillán Ski Center
Located 1,650 meters above sea level, it includes 28 trails, covering
35 kms, and 24,710 acres of skiable terrain. With 9 means of ascending
the mountain (one triple chair, 3 double chairs, 5 tow-lifts) and
with the largest trail in South America, known as Las Tres Marias
(the Three Maria's), which extends for 13 km. Some 30% of the terrain
is for beginners, 40% for intermediates, and 30% only for experts.
The ski center also includes a vertical rise of 1,100 meters, in addition
to a snowpark In addition, this is a center that offers an amazing
amount of other activities ranging from cross country skiing, to snow
shoeing, heliskiing, snowmobiling, and hiking.
The thermal spring center has nine sulfur and iron pools open all
year long. With beautiful natural attractions, the summertime offers
visitors recreational activities and relaxation on a grand level. (More

The Program Includes |

- Transfer on a regular schedule from Chillán/Termas/Chillán or Concepción / Termas / Concepción.
- Right to use the Thermal swimming pool of the Club House and Hotel Pirigallo.
- Access to the Pub Disco "Club House".
- Access to the Casino Game house of Termas de Chillán.
- Accommodation, apartment equipped with Sheets, Towels, Fridge, Microwave, China, Room service every day.

Types of Apartments |

Standard Apartments
With capacity for 4 people, including one room with a matrimonial
bed and another room with 2 single beds. In addition the apartment
has 1 bathroom.
Apartment A
This is the biggest of them all, with a capacity for 6 people. It
has one room with a matrimonial bed, and two smaller rooms, each
with 2 individual beds. It also includes one and a half bedrooms.
Apartment B
With a capacity for 5 people, the apartment has one room with a
matrimonial bed and another room with an individual bed. Also includes
1 bathroom.

Cancellation Policies |

All cancellations should be sent by fax or email to our office.
Once the reservation has been confirmed by the Gotolatin, the following
rules will applied and you will be charged per passenger,
based on the dates of departure for your program:
- Before 50 working days prior to the
start of the program
15% of total package will be charged
per person (adult or minor).
- Between 50 and 30 working days prior
to the start of the program
50% of the total package per
passenger.
- Between 30 and 15 working days prior
to the start of the program
70% of the total package
per passenger.
- Between 15 and 0 days prior to the
start of the program: No refunds apply.
- There are no refunds for portions of the program not used,
hotel accommodations, etc.
- We recommend considering travel insurance for any reason.
