The Hotel Termas Puyehue is situated 310 meters above sea level, surrounded by rivers, lakes, mountains and forests, in the middle of a spacious tourist complex surrounded by cattle and the forest. The area starts at the shores of Puyehue Lake and continues on to contain the 3 islands existing in the lake. Found in a marvelous spot, it invites visitors to enjoy diverse activities such as; hiking, horseback riding, car rides, and boat rides on the lake while at the same time having the opportunity to bird watch and capture beautiful pictures of the area.
Hiking can be taken to beautiful and interesting places such as; the shore of Puyehue Lake, the Mirador (view point), la Cascada(the waterfall), la Piscicultura(fish breeding), las fuentes de aguas termales(hot springs), the antique mineral water bottler, and la turbina(the turbine) which is located in rivers which arise from the cordillera and which provides 50% of the electrical energy to the hotel. All in the middle of nature, inviting you to rest while it reflects peace and tranquility to the visitor.

Puyehue National Park
Like the other parks in this zone, Puyehue is characterized by thick forests on volcanically-created geography and an abundance of riverbeds and drainage valleys. The humid evergreen forest originated due to high rainfall, and is formed from coigues and ulmo in the lower areas of the park and by tepa, manio and coigue in the higher areas. (More Information).

Antillanca Ski Center
The only functioning ski center in the Lakes region, adequately equipped with a good hotel infrastructure, this center, little by little, has won recognition and is now a site for national competitions. Situated on the slopes of the Casablanca volcano, whose name means 'Jewel of the Sun', 98 km from Osorno, it has beautiful slopes of dry snow at different grades of difficulty, for all types of skiers. There are four surface lifts and one ski-lift. Placed inside the Puyehue National Park, it offers an ample variety of activities to enjoy other than snow sports. (More Information).

• Lodging in the Hotel Termas de Puyehue.

The Program does NOT Include

• Land excursions to other cities.
• Water excursions to Lake Puyehue.
• Transfers to and from Osorno Airport.
• Horseback riding, mountain biking, night hikes.

Notes

• If you are traveling with a child less than 12 years who is sharing the room with you, the only charge will be for food.
• Reservations subject to availability.
• You can wear comfortable clothing to your liking inside the hotel, because the rooms are all equipped with air conditioning.

Suggestions

We recommend you bring:

• Water proof shoes with rubber soles or insulation which will be comfortable for hikes, horse back riding or climbing.
• A windbreaker or parka.
• Photographic camera, binoculars.
• Bathing suit.

Season

• This Program applies until December 31st, except the Easter Holiday and Chilean National Holidays.

Cancellation Policy

Once the reservation has been confirmed by Gotolatin, the following charges will apply for cancellations made by the passenger, according to the program departure date:

• 45 working days before the beginning of the program
  US$100 per passenger (adult or minor).
• Between 45 and 30 working days before the beginning of the program
  30% of total program value per passenger.
• Between 30 and 15 working days before the beginning of the program
  60% of total program value per passenger.
• Between 15 and 0 working days before the beginning of the program
No refund applies.

• There are no refunds for portions of the program not used, hotel accommodations, etc.
• We recommend considering travel insurance for any reason.
