Torres del Paine National Park
Declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO in 1978, Torres del Paine
National Park (located in the 12th Region of Magellan, Chile), is
internationally known as one of the most beautiful, pure, and unique
places on the planet. Its main attractions rest in the spectacular
landscape in and of itself, (Torres and Cuernos del Paine), the
lakes (Sarmiento, Nordenskjold, Pehoe, Grey, Paine, and Dickson),
the flora and fauna that make this the ideal place for ecotourism,

Serrano & Balmaceda Glacier
It forms part of the Southern Ice Country and the Bernardo O'Higgins
National Park, together with Torres del Paine National Park. This
hanging glacier is located on the western slope of Mt. Balmaceda,
and the chunks of ice loosen and break off, falling directly into
the sea and into the Fjord of Last Hope (Fiordo de Ultima Esperanza).
