RECOMMENDATIONS

Forestín

Help us to protect the natural resources of the park for its future visitors by considering the following recommendations:

  • Mountaineers who want to climb  the Osorno volcano have to register before with CONAF which is situated at the La Burbuja ski center. If you wish to climb other mountains, consult and register with the park administration in Petrohué.
  • Respect the established access hours for the La Burbuja ski center. You must wear appropriate winter clothing during this season and thinner clothes for the summer days.
  • It is always important to have suitable wet-weather clothes available because although there are long periods of good weather in the summer, it can and does rain in any season.
