Only in Chile, from the Copiapó vallye (Atacama) to Valdivia. Seen in puerto Cárdenas, Palena Province (X region)..
Details
Measures 28 cm, has dark brown upper parts and pale brownish grey lower parts. Off-white throat and darker grooves on the stomach. Has a conspicuous white eyebrow and dark brown tail with shite spots on the outer edge at the end. Black peak and feet. Lives on the hillsides with bushes.
