Mechuque
Town that is in the island that takes the same name and is part of the group of islands known as "Chauques". The town counts plaza surrounded by houses and the school on posts (national monument) with the beach as the game yard. It also has the museum Don Paulino Barrientos.
Dalcahue
A charming town, departure point to get to the Quinchao island. Its church, constructed in 1858, is one of its main attractions. It is also recommended to cross the cost avenue of great commercial activity; the Cultural Center of Dalcahue and the Ethnographic Historical Museum.
Achao
This town dues its origin to the Jesuit Residence, in 1743. Some of their most important atractions are their church, oldest of Chiloé, and the Museum of Achao.
Porcelana
Located in the peninsula of Huequi, it is characterized by its rich thermal waters, located next to the Porcelain river, its owes its name to the kaolin deposits that exist in the area. It has small water pools whose waters reach 60º C of temperature.
Huinay
Small town located in the mouth of the Vodudabue river in the Comau fiord. The Scientific Center that belongs to the Foundation San Ignacio de Huinay, created by the Catholic University of Valparaiso and ENDESA it is located in this place. Its objective is to favor the knowledge, the biological and physical potential of the region.
Cahuelmo
This fiord is characterized by its beauty, the spas and thermal waters are at the end of the fiord. These are rustic baths, a series of holes where the thermal water is accumulated and distributed to these through small channels from the original source.
Llancahue Hot Springs
The hot springs are located on the Llancahue Island, 20 minutes by boat from Hornopiren. They have lodging and home cooked meals. There are two outdoor swimming pools with a view of the ocean as well as private pools.
