First, you must enter the web site and choose a hotel. Once you have made a selection, complete the reservation form. You will be asked to include personal information, dates for the
reservation, and your credit card information. Once the reservation is made you will receive an e-mail reconfirming your reservation information.

| If I don't pay immediately with my credit card, how long before I have to give it to ensure my reservation? |

Your reservation will remain confirmed for 48 hours. After 48 hours, the reservation is canceled automatically.

| Do the hotel rates include tax? |
 |

Rates are expressed in American dollars and do not include tax. Tax is not included for nonresident tourists who pay for services in US dollars. Chilean residents pay a 19% tax.

| How far in advance must I cancel my confirmed hotel reservation? |

Generally speaking, a hotel reservation must be canceled 48 hours in advance (2 working days). Prepaid reservations must be canceled 72 hours before hotel check-in (3 working days). However,
there are certain hotels that have their own specific cancellation policies, which should be stated on the Hotel's web page and are also indicated in the mail that the traveler will receive
confirming the reservation.

| Will my credit card be charged if I don't cancel my reservation in time? |

If you do not cancel your reservation within the indicated time frame, your credit card will be charged for at least 1 night of accommodations for the reserved room, or for the amount or percentage
informed by Gotolatin at the moment of reservation confirmation.

Yes. You have the option to pay for your reservation with more than one credit card.

If you do not receive a response to your Reservation Request or Confirmation within 48 hours, please send an e-mail to hotels@gotolatin.com or directly to

| How do I change a reservation? How far in advance? |

If you wish to change an already confirmed reservation, you must direct the request to the operator who is providing the service. Otherwise, you can direct your change request to hotels@gotolatin.com
Any change must be made at least 3 days before hotel check-in.
